The world is faced with coronavirus pandemic that has cost over a million lives.
The pandemic has posed significant challenges to Christians and the world at large.
Governments throughout the world, following the guidelines of the World Health Organization(WHO), had to implement measures such as the compulsory wearing of a mask, social distancing, travel restriction, closure of schools and workplace e.t.c to contain the spread of the virus.
But as individuals, we have roles to play as well to remain in good health.
Playing our roles involves adhering to the health protocols the government has laid down.
Avoid putting yourself, family, and other citizens at risk.
The scriptures instructs us to obey governing authorities. We shouldn’t rebel against the directives of the government.
Fear has a negative effect on your health.
When you are scared, your body is stressed up and you risk falling sick.
The only fear we are permitted to have as Christians is the fear of God. The fear of God simply means loving, trusting, honoring, and doing his words.
Fight against fear. It attracts negative thoughts and a sense of helplessness towards the health crisis the world is facing at the moment.
So in this period, do remember to spread faith and not fear.
Divine health works with faith and confession. You must refuse to give in to unbelief by confessing God’s promises.
Also, pray for the sick that their health is restored. God desire for you is to be in good health.
Consider his promise in the scriptures.
For I will restore health unto thee, and I will heal thy wounds, saith the Lord
Staying healthy requires taking proper nutrition.
Eat balanced meals, fruits, and vegetables. Exercise daily. It strengthens your body immunity and keeps you fit.
Don’t neglect your body even in these periods.
Trust God for your health and preservation of life.
